"Have used Flyte Tyme and then Addison Lee car service for years. Early afternoon placed a call for car service pick up at 7. Destination: La Guardia airport. Later received an email confirmation#, driver's cell# and message that car was on its way. At 6:55 no car. Call placed to driver. Driver stated that I had turned him away. Untrue. There was never a car in my drive for me to "turn away". Call placed to customer service. Customer service stated that they needed to speak with dispatch. After speaking with dispatch, customer service stated that they had placed "numerous calls" to me to inform that pick up would be an hour later, at 8. Again untrue. My cell records all calls. All incoming calls/messages checked. None received from Addison Lee or anyone related. Grateful that I had my own car to get to the airport on time, however, the return flight arrives at Newark airport. This now involves taking a car service from Newark to La Guardia, to pick up my car in order to drive home. You can bet that I will not be utilizing Addison Lee this time or ever again....And cannot recommend this car service for any transportation needs. If a car service cannot pick you up on time (or at all) and get you from A to B, they have failed at the only function of their existence."

"Called to inform them that my flight had been cancelled. The lady on the call confirmed the cancellation. At mid night, their driver called me asking me about where about. When I told him about cancellation, he was completely surprised. Later, I saw a full charge for this trip on my credit card. When I called them up, they started dancing around and told me that someone from "refund" department would get back to me. They never got back. When I disputed the charged on my credit card, they presented a wrong receipt to the credit company showing that they had completed the trip. Bunch of liars only for $100. They may have gotten $100 by lying but have lost mine and my colleagues business worth alot more. I use A-1 limousine, which is WAY better than these guys. Go with A1 limousine."

"They were supposed to pick me and my family up at the airport. Plane was delayed fro Miami. I notified them to say, we will be late - don't leave us hangin'. When we arrived at Philly International...they left us hangin'. 3:00 AM and no way to get home. Isn't picking up, dropping and driving people what these folks do for a living? Terrible. Never again."
