"I was blown away by their customer service. In a nutshell, I picked up latex balloons yesterday morning for my sons birthday today. This morning, they were on the floor. When I called the store they explained that latex balloons don’t last as long (recommend same day pickup) but they would deliver a new batch to MY house. They didn’t even bat an eye. An hour later, balloons appeared. I can’t remember the last time someone went that far above and beyond. I am very grateful to the lovely lady that answered my call and took care of me. Whoever you are - thank you!"
