"I had scheduled an appointment with Cindy mainly for relief from discomfort (chronic) in my shoulders and, to improve the range of motion in my arms. After a thorough examination and prior to treatment, with my arms extended and positioned against my sides, I could raise them no further than parallel (roughly 50%) with my shoulders.
