"Very little communication. No notice of anything until I contacted them myself. Was told my product would ship within the end of the week but it didn't process until the next week. It took 10 days for my order to be "processed". I was explained the situation after I called in though."

"I STRONGLY recommend you call before you place your order online, I ordered a FabDefense thumb stop and it took 3 and a half weeks to get here despite being listed as "in stock". I doubt it was actually in stock as it took 10 days before it even shipped out. The product itself is awesome, and they were quick to reply to my questions so I can not fault them for that. I simply think they do not update their website frequently enough to adequately represent correct stock. Just call them first and everything will be fine."

"Do I have to give a star at all? Was told if I ordered a product by a certain date AND pay for the expedited shipping, I would get my product before my event. It took 3 days for the order to "process". When I called to cancel my order it was fine to cancel until I asked for my money back. When I requested a refund all of a sudden my package has already "shipped". I was told that they upgraded my shipping to 1 day shipping. I never received a shipping confirmation until 24 hours later. Now my merchandise will not be here until Monday.... Paid expedited 2-3 day shipping for $40, got told my package got upgraded to 1 day shipping.. yet it is taking the product 4 days to get here. SCAM!!! I will NEVER recommend skytactical to anyone."
