"I never write reviews, personally don't care for it. But this is worthwhile because I want to warn all veterans who are looking to go to this clinic for treatment. The people who work there are not only incompetent, they don't pick up the phone. filed a formal complaint on this clinic a few days ago, because I am tired of the inhumane treatment. If you just moved here, enroll in another VA facility, the one in Hackensack has the most unreliable workers who never pick up when you call. scheduling an appointment is harder than running a marathon; they simply don't care. look at the reviews, everyone complains about the same thing and nothing is ever done about it."
