"I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. I think it’s only right if you have a customer walk in you run them through your business rules and policies. Give persons the choice I came in for a Covid test my very first time coming to your establishment. You had 4 ladies working the front desk that day and none of them informed me or my other half that you charge $300 any time some walks through your door. Even if it’s just a Covid test $300 are you serious? I told your workers I would be using my insurance there was never a point where any of them stated to me that it would be $300. They were all sitting, speaking to each other & on their phones instead of informing us on such important information. I am now calling to rectify this issue im getting no help from anyone. They are saying it is what it is. You are basically swindling people I will never use your establishment again and your staff is horrible."

"I think the reviews said it best unfortunately. The doctor seem uninterested, dismissive and a tad arrogant. A lot of unnecessary tests just I guess to fill their checkbook. No medicine given just a bad cold as she can't breathe but it's a bad cold. I have no choice but to take her to the hospital today as she couldn't sleep last night from all the coughing. So tired of these poorly run money clinics."

"I went on new year Eve and everyone was rude to me. Meanwhile I am sick with the flu I understand you don’t want to be there because of the holiday but don’t try to undermine what I feel because you don’t want to be there to do your job. I will definitely not be coming back I just received the flu diagnosis and was not even offered Benzonatate. The doctor was mean and so was her medical assistant. If you don’t want to work there then don’t but it’s no way to treat sick people be sympathetic"

Next, we met with the physician assistant, whose name I recall being Bob or Bobby. He was simply wonderful! Bob took the time to explain the procedure to remove the staple from my mom's head thoroughly. He was patient in answering our questions, and his friendly demeanor made my mom feel comfortable and reassured. It was evident that Bob genuinely cared for his patients' well-being, and his kind approach made a significant difference in my mom's overall experience. The removal of the staple was carried out skillfully, and Bob made sure my mom felt no discomfort during the process. His expertise and confidence in performing the procedure instilled trust in us, and we knew she was in excellent hands. The overall atmosphere of CityMD Elmwood Park was impeccable.
