"Called for a cab two Sundays in a row at 8:50am no-one answered the phone for over 30 minutes. I called and kept calling so I could make it for work no excuses for this at all. If the company is busy please pick and inform people to let them know don't just not pick up, I was in the cab business for 8 years, the only conclusion I could come up with is the person had to be asleep."

"I called for a ride from Richardson in eatontown to asbury park the lady said 20-25 mins im like ok cool ill wait i call back 45 mins later and i say just wondering about that cab to Richardson and she says im still trying to get the can to you i havent found u one its going to take a while She said theres only one person driving.. mind you its Saturday. This isnt the first time they do this to me atleast twice a week and i tried to call omni cab its the same company A1 is an absolute garbage cab service."
