"So far I am happy with this company I have been trying very hard to get a reliable transportation for my child that has appointments 3x per week. The cars are clean and the drivers are courteous. They always try very hard to find a car for me and no matter how many times I call to find where the car is the dispatch is always polite and he never hangs up. I am using then for almost 2 months now. Thank you."

"They ghosted me, i waited more than 30 mins because every time i called they said that the driver will get you in 5 mins, i got upset so i called to complain but the unprofessional guy hang up on me, it was horrible experience with rainy weather."

"Called twice and they sent me a car without any taxi&limousine affiliation on the vehicle which means if we got into an accident I was wouldn't be covered;furthermore the car was old and beat up and made I alot of noises don't call this cab service they send you regular people driving who don't have a valid tlc license or any vehicle affiliated with the taxi&limousine commission which is illegal the base knew what they sent I seen the app in use on his phone stop sending vehicles not affiliated with the taxi&limousine commission. I called once again and guess what another car with no tlc affiliation I'll never call this base again"

"Horrible horrible experience Called twice to get a car. They said it’s coming in 5-10 min. Nothing happen after 15 min waiting. Called back and they didn’t even get my request processed and said they don’t know what I’m talking about…. After I ordered different car service their driver came as well… like reallyyyyyy? You have to control your drivers and your business better then that 0 points for customer service"
