"I was completely misled on the phone. I specifically asked if they have licensed psychologists to which they said they did. After giving them all of my personal info, health info, SS, etc, they tell me they only have social workers/counselors, OR invite me to go as an outpatient to a hospital. They were really avoiding giving me a direct answers about this, telling me they can get me to the right people, assuring me. It was all a really purposeful cash grab, charging my insurance for this waste of time. I don't want to help college grads clock counseling hours. For you to take advantage of and drain resources of people in need of serious help for your own gain is probably the lowest thing you can do for money."

"If you’re seeking immediate help for counseling/mental health, be prepared to wait a long time to go through the Forge system of evaluation before being able to make an appointment or receiving treatment. I called and asked for very specific experience and was promised that after filling out a long form and a review that I’d be able to make an appointment and I would absolutely be placed with a doctor with that experience. About 10 days later I find out I have to see a different person who would evaluate me for at least 4 visits and only then would I be able to see the doctor. If you are seeking immediate help go elsewhere. This type of system is not conducive for anyone who is seeking continuation of care and is horrible for anyone who is new to obtaining mental health help. It will add unnecessary stress. Find an independent doctor outside of this type of greedy inflexible corporate structure."
