"As a Londoner, I'm from about as far out of town as out of town gets, so when I got the train to Hazlet to meet a friend, it's safe to say I was pretty shocked to see Uber wasn't an option. After being stood up by several of USA Taxi's competitors who made vague promises about how long it would take to come and pick me up, I called USA Taxi. Sally came and picked me up and dropped me off at Holmdell Park, even taking a detour at no extra charge to allow me to buy some water and snacks for the hike I was going on on the Ramanessin Nature Trail! She then came and picked me up from the park a few hours later and gave me a little tour of the area before dropping me at a station even closer to Manhattan than where I had asked her to drop me in the first place! USA Taxi offers first class, premium service, great customer support and fantastic conversation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thanks Sally!!!!!"

"Rare. I’m a millennial that still uses taxi companies over Uber. The phone number and name of this company is labeled all over their vans which makes me feel safer than getting in unidentified car with a complete stranger. I would also rather support local businesses. The owner is very nice, has a thick accent but is decently priced. These guys are my go to when I’m back in Monmouth county always reliable and never a problem when I’m in need of a ride!"

"I ended up taking taking a cab through this company after being stranded on the road due to a flat tire. My trip in the cab was barely 5 minutes long. After dropping me off, the cab driver demanded $5 for the cab ride and another $15 because she had to drive 10 minutes from her company office to come get me. She outright lied to me that this was the standard in NJ and that her company always charges customers for not only their cab fare but also for the length of the drive to come and pick them up. This is a deceptive company ready to fool customers for some extra cash. Please avoid if you can!"
