"The amount of people who were mistreated by these gargoyles at the front desk seems very high just by looking at these reviews. I can't even begin to explain the awful experience my wife and I had with these people at the front desk. We are so sad to be leaving a wonderful Dr. who has helped us both SO MUCH with our debilitating migraines all because of some extremely rude receptionists. They treated us like trash because they wanted to leave for the day at 2PM. during the week. Shame. Everyone of these reviews is 100% true."

"Office staff EXTREMELY rude on the phone and unprofessional!!!!! Too bad for the doctor that she will miss out on a cash paying patient due to this poor treatment!! The doctor is actually a very kind woman. I called a week ago, made an appointment, to find out now they dont accept my insurance. When I called the office the RUDE receptionist actually reprimanded me saying "I" should have told her my insurance changed! Are you kidding me!! I have been in the medical field for 30 years and it is ALWAYS the responsibility of the receptionist to ensure the insurance is accepted before even making an appointment. She had the audacity to hang up on me!!!"

"I wish I could give this office 0stars. I can’t even rate it about the Neurologists here.... this is all about the receptionist. She was the rudest girl I have ever met! Immature, rude, attitude, childish, and can’t hold an adult conversation. I don’t appreciate being called a “child” just because I tried to ask her an important question about the insurance. I also don’t appreciate having the glass window slammed shut in my face just because she didn’t like how I asked her to just explain to me what was relevant to me on my insurance not a different insurance that wasn’t of any help to me. I made sure to tell my family, friends, Yelp, google, and my Primary doctors about them so they hopefully don’t send other people there and have a horrible experience like I did. Finally, the receptionist acted like she was only hired because she was either part of the family or a friend of the family that worked there. I have NEVER in my life had such a horrible experience somewhere. Not with doctors. Not at a restaurant. Not at school. No where."

"One of the receiptionists is unbelievably rude. I called to correct the spelling of my husband’s name because the insurance company was denying the claim due to the misspelling. She had a very rude tone from the start. She told me I need to tell them these things- which was the reason for my call. When I asked to speak to someone else who would be more polite she said absolutely not. So I asked for a supervisor and she said there was not a supervisor. When I said I’d call back tomorrow to speak the doctor she said, ‘Oh no you won’t,” and hung up on me. I can’t believe how rude she was. We will not be back."
