"BEWARE!!! The administration/management of this office is shockingly disgraceful. Instead of calling me to address an issue they sent a threatening email. Telling me if I don't comply with there time line they will be charging me 425% more than previously billed cost. When asked how they determined the price for the uninsured procedure they failed to even address my question. After reviewing my EOB it was clear that the charge was more than 10% of the cost. In addition, I still paid my co-pay for the visit. Even after calling and appearing in person to talk to management they refused to present themselves. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS OFFICE."
"Horrible service! I called about a bill discrepancy twice, and today so lady yells at me over the phone like I am her child. Worst of all o was charged $121 for a boot I purchased! Never again, stay away horrible doctors and office admin!"
"Dr. Richard is outstanding. At my visit, she spent a generous amount of time with me, communicated what was going on with sufficient detail, adequately answered all of my questions, and provided me with an action plan for how to get better. She came across as very talented and compassionate. I usually leave doctor appointments feeling drained and frustrated, but I left this appointment feeling optimistic. The drive was a bit farther than the podiatrist I had been going to, but it was well worth it, and I wish I had come here first. We'll see how the treatment goes. Also, the practice in general seems very organized. I received a detailed electronic visit summary later in the day. One thing to note: I filled out a lot of electronic paperwork ahead of the appointment, so was a little surprised that there was more paperwork to complete when I got there."
"My wife made two appointments as a new patient for two consecutive weeks. I confirmed both appointments the day before they were scheduled. They were both cancelled one and a half hours before the scheduled time. The cancellation came from an unfamiliar number which I fortunately did not treat as spam. I received notice one half hour before leaving our house for the appointment. Most unprofessional!!!! Also no apologies!!!!"
"I am so disappointed with Dr. Hennessey and his staff. They are very disorganized, at least with my case. I went to him at least 3 times to resolve a case of plantar fasciatis and bone spurs - he did x-rays, ultrasound and send me for MRI - He tried many different options to stop the pain. However, after my last visit to discuss the MRI, I am still waiting over 2 weeks for a call back to set up a date for the procedure he recommended and to advise if I should still take an anti-inflammatory. which I needed a refill. I had called twice about the meds and the nurse promised they would call me back in regards to the script - nothing, After waiting close to week for the call back about the meds and the procedure - I decided to go to a new doctor. How many times do I have to call an office to get an issue resolved. This new Dr. issued a script for steroids immediately - said that would help my situation which it has. I really liked Dr. Hennessey in the office but either they are understaffed at the front desk or just forgot about me but either way - I am happy with my new dr."
