"Never purchase items from this company. I placed an order in April for a weight bench set and once the box was opened, I realized it was missing an important piece in order to make it functional. I immediately requested the replacement part be shipped, but I am still waiting 2 1/2 months later with no ship date in sight. Customer service is a zero. They are not responsive by email and the phone number is an answering machine. They will not refund my money nor provide shipping cost to send entire unit back. I am stuck with a pile of unusable junk that cost over $300 while I wait for a part that will supposedly ship “one day.” Lousy company. Buy elsewhere or expect junk."

Some missing. Entire order pkg poorly. Called company. They said they sent out new order. Order has never arrived as of today! Please don’t purchase Cap Barbell products!!!"
