I began my treatment 3 1/2 months ago unable to move my shoulder/arm at all having broken it on May 1st. Gradually taking me from manipulation and easier movements to intervals of more complex and weight bearing exercises, I’ve regained my full range of movement and use of my arm. I can honestly say, I never thought this was possible. Much of this credit goes to Anthony Manzella who took care to always review and alter my routine even changing small movements that increased my arm’s extension and rotation. "Franklin Lakes Sports and Spine Physical Therapy is absolutely the best physical therapy practice around. A little back story: I had a very bad fall in May of this year. Since the fall, I have been suffering from a broken shoulder, humerus and several other fractures. Prior to arriving at Franklin Lakes Sport and Spine, I had been to another local Physical Therapist in Franklin Lakes with mild improvement. I am so fortunate to have the privilege of having ANTHONY MANZELLA as my physical therapist. He is beyond excellent at what he does. Very professional, engaging, knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all he really cares. I only wish I found him right after my surgery. Not only does he provide you with pain relief, he also educates you in stretch and exercise programs that help to address the root of the problem. He also takes his time with our session. Not like the typical PT places, in and out in 45 minutes. In the few months that I have worked with Anthony, my symptoms have drastically improved! So looking forward in continuing with Anthony....."
