"For the second time, the website wait time is inaccurate. I schedule an appointment and leave work to make it by 3. I get there, check in, it says wait time is 0 minutes. At 3:10, I ask an employee and find out the doctor won't be back until 3:30. I shouldn't have to wait 30 (plus the 5 minutes early they urge you to arrive) minutes for a "minute" clinic that i made an appointment for and arranged my day around."
"The Dr didn't even listen to anything I said! When she was following up with me I told her how I felt and she kept saying they were "new" symptoms when they weren't I clearly told her ALL symptoms now after spending so much money there I am being referred to another place and have to spend even more money! If she listened to me the first time maybe I'd be better by now."
