"The Tonal gym is very expensive. It does give you a great workout. The $60 a month for the first year is expensive as well. When you cancel the membership the unit becomes useless. It loses it’s resistance and you are basically unable to workout effectively. Buy free weights. They never break. They said to me I would lose my music. That wasn’t all I lost. To boot the installer's stole my $250 battery for one of my tools."

"After four years of wanting to buy a Tonal and purchasing my first home, I pulled the trigger. Five grand and a two week delivery, which wasn’t bad however, it was under the guys that I was getting a year membership. Included for spending five grand. Nope it’s 60 bucks a month and the first year is not included as I was told. Now on top of that it was installed on Wednesday and today is Saturday that I’m writing this. It doesn’t work. I call and it’ll be another two weeks at this point. Just take it back. Horrible service horrible process horrible product."

"I have to say that my experience at purchasing a Tonal went so positive. My husband and I were so please with our experience from the moment we came in . Our sales attendant Todd O was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer all questions. He Gave us a hands on experience of exceptional demos and exercise with Tonal equipment. He showed us how the equipment works. How it will help us continue to advance . We took some time to think about it. He called us in a few days to see if we had any other additional questions. We made a 2nd visit and bought our Tonal . We are very happy with it . We have made great progress now the last 3 months. We even called 3 times more with questions and Todd answered them all . When visiting Tonal in Short Hills Mall ask for Todd . He is a wonderful sales guy who knows how to handle a customer with true professionalism. .Todd Thank you for all of your help ."

"Came here for a demo and walked out feeling amazing! Todd over at the Tonal in Short Hills is extremely knowledgeable about the product and has perfected the experience for anyone who walks in. I got on the machine and Todd was super helpful with the different modes as well as the spotting feature. The product is absolutely incredible and will be in my home soon! Definitely come up to Tonal at Short Hills mall and Todd and my guy James will definitely give you an amazing experience you’ll never forget!"

"I wish I could give Tonal negative stars. Steer clear of Tonal as they are the worse company you will ever deal with. My experience with them has been nothing short than a nightmare. They’ll schedule and reschedule there installations over and over again and not show up or show up, unannounced, when you’re not home. Tonal has partnered with Ryder as their installer and they are the worse company you will ever deal with. They provide incompetent workers who show up when not scheduled and don’t show up when scheduled. They will waste your time over and over again. So much that I had to cancel my purchase as a result of it. Tonal’s customer care doesn’t care about their customers, either, and will side with their ill trained and equipment installers from Ryder each time there’s an issue. For the same price, I’m going to purchase a Force USA G6 home gym, instead."
