"The store manager Ethan is absolutely amazing. I was looking for a very specific shaft and I had called everywhere. Ethan said he had it but just to make sure he put me on hold and verified that he did indeed have it in stock. He then offered to put it aside for me without me even asking. This location is pretty far from where I live so I really appreciated it. I told him I would pick it up the next day and he said he will not be there but will let Brian know and put my name on the shaft. When I got there, Brian was also really nice and helped me choose some other gear while I was there. I also really appreciate Ethan's knowledge and expertise in not only equipment but also stringing.
