"They are the absolute worst. I’ve tried them multiple times, and it’s been a bad experience each and every single time. One time I called, I waited a half hour, and nobody came. They didn’t have the decency to even call and say there was a delay or apologize. Another time I called, they took a long time to come. I called, the dispatcher tells me I need to be outside. I told him I’ve been outside since I called for a taxi. Then he says well your house is hard to find. I said, the GPS brings you right in front of my house! Then of course when he ran out of excuses, he gets upset with me as if I’m the one who messed up. Then when they actually do show up, they drive very slow, making you very late to your destination. Everyone do yourself a favor, and call another taxi service."

"Nasty attitude. Hung up on me 3x after one sentence. On 4th call, the dispatcher decided to cuss me and threatened to hang up on me again. Disgusting. DO NOT USE. This company shouldn't even have a contract with medical transportation."

"Rude and disrespectful dispatcher over night! Tells drive to pull over in pouring rain on a highway and let me out the car if don’t have the full amount of money! But I don’t even know the price of the ride and I’m asking what’s the price and he told me 2 different prices and can’t decide on which one is okay for me to pay so he hung the phone up on me!"

"I witnessed a driver spin out of control and pulled over to see if he and his passengers were okay. He proceeded to back up into my car while accelerating and screamed at his passengers. I called to speak with the owner and the owner screamed at me over the phone."

"I made an appointment with these people with medicaid transportation. I called after the trip was confirmed with medicaid to just make sure that the trip is set. First the guy accuses me of demanding a cab right away which was not the case, all I wanted to do was confirm my appointment. Then he told me he canceled it "because he felt like it" and hung up on me. He tried to ghost me but I kept calling, and then denied ever having the appointment in the first place. Do not use this service. Use literally any other medicaid taxi. These people are awful, I've never seen such rudeness and incompetence in my life."
