"I started taking this carservice for a few months. They were pretty prompt until they finally screwed me completely!! Need to take my son to school in the morning. So I give them a call and they tell me 10 minutes. Still not here. Call back, the dispatcher the dispatcher tells me another 6 minutes. Wait the 6 minutes - still nothing!! So I said to myself " let's call again!" Don't even answer the phone!!! Called a different carservice which came in 5 minutes!!! I'm never calling them again!!!!"

"They are trying to overcharge now since the Covid even if we only go in five or 10 blocks"

"This car service is horrible. The only reason I gave them a 1 is because I has no option to not pick a star but do not take this car service they will have you waiting for ever or say they are coming but never come 0 stars for me!!"

"If castle doesn't remove the dispatcher I will no longer be using this car service. I will recommend to my dialysis center to no longer used them as well. I called and confirmed a 11:30 am pick up but was sent a car at 11am. So I spoke to the dispatcher told him I had a mixup. He was rude and argumentative. He canceled my ride and now my dialysis center had to call the agency to setup a new ride which takes awhile. When he could of just sent another ride."
