"Dejoys is cool, they always answer. Usually show up quicker than most. Decent prices. Not the best neighbors to live next to due to obnoxious drivers blasting the stereo at 5 am, but that's my only complaint."

"By far the worse car service on staten island!! The cars smell and are dirty! The dispatchers are very bad at there job and when they make mistakes they'll say it's your fault, they will cancel the cab and tell you to take the bus b4 they hang up on you. I tried giving ZERO stars but Google won't allow it... I repeat do not use dejoys!! Very unreliable 4 a cab service. Also price around 1st. I would rather spend a few more $'s knowing that I will have 100% reliability. Lyft and Uber usually charge about 3-4$ more then what dejoys charge. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!"

"Simply unreliable. I had often used taxi for medical appointments, I schedule them two days ahead of time they still did not come on time. My last appointment I had to find a family member to take me because they had no location or time frame for arrival while already being late to my neurologist. Ironically while leaving I saw a cab from the company loitering in a catering room parking lot down the street showing they do not want to do their job efficiently. Upon all calls to them they could not provide accurate time of arrival or even location and began instigating confrontations very unprofessionally. About 15 minutes after they saw me leave they told me the taxi was there when I had canceled 20 min prior because with their no arrival time, no promise of a ride and constant argument with the dispatch operator. I had no idea if the doctor would see me being late already. Once Dino left place went to shambles with professionalism and service, yet they wonder why they have no cars. Another time I had a man on his phone entire trip from Staten Island to Manhattan not even using a device to speak properly while driving and his odor, smelled like he bathe in a dump. I can go on, just simply avoid their unprofessional behavior and work ethic along with the childish things they do to try to spread their misery. Keep happy! & avoid."
