To accuse someone and say they have red flags because they are in excruciating pain and upset that you offer no help, no solutions and communicate poorly, is not acceptable. Medical care is not a one size fits all industry. To say you are unwilling to offer any pain relief when someone comes to you complaining of horrible pain is not medical care, it's liability care.
