"I called for the service the lady said that the taxi in on way. I waited for 40 minutes,they never called me again to let me know. Just no arrived with no reason. Really disgusting and unprofessional service."

"Driver had a head light out and drives with high beams on. Although, when high beams on, please keep a safe distance as to not bother other drivers. This driver does not, instead he is tailgating making it not only unsafe for the passengers but to the other drivers on the road. I called to inform the company about the service, only to receive a rude reply of, "Do not waste my time." Rest assured this company will never get my service."

"Very bad customer service. I called last week early in the morning to reserve a car for the afternoon. The man that answer the phone told me I didn't need to make a reservation to just call back in the afternoon when I was ready to get the car. So I call and I call but nobody pick up the phone, it went straight to voicemail. Now I know why he didn't want to get the reservation done. For things like that it's safer to just get an Uber or Lyft..."

"Literally a nightmare. Cash only, which they didn’t tell us until they drove into a sketchy gas station parking lot halfway through and demanded we go in and get cash to pay upfront. At no point in our ride did we actually feel this was a legit operation."

They pick me up almost every day to drop me off at my job at the 4 Star Diner Even scheduling ahead or last minute they make sure I'm on time.
