"Was just in the store yesterday and ended up getting some good advice and help from the guys at the store. Owner was very nice and got us everything we needed. Saw one weird thing happen where a guy came in that rented equipment from the store a few weeks prior and wanted to exchange his used skis for a new pair because of some scratches on the bottom of his skis. Not sure how long hes been doing it for but it looked pretty obviously like he ran over some rocks and not sure why he was expecting to be able to exchange them. The guy that came in had to get the cops called to explain to him the situation but the staff handled it very professionally. Would go back again for sure."
