Reviews of ID Care – Randolph Infectious Disease Care
"Saw Dr. Allegra. What a super nice man. He took his time with me. Asking a multitude of questions to get to the root of my issue. His staff was also very sweet. Brittany was very engaging. Would definitely recommend."
"90 MINUTES past my appointment time and I’m still waiting. Why you ask? I was here two and a half weeks ago and at that time the office staff took a copy of my drivers license and insurance card. The hospital that I stayed in for a week after my accident misspelled my first name by one letter. ID Care submitted their claim with the misspelling and it got denied. Instead of checking my license for misspellings (which are common, I work in insurance billing), calling the insurance company, or calling me any time within the two and a half weeks between my last appointment and today to sort it out, they wait until I’m sitting in the waiting room for my appointment. Then took other patients with later appointment times before me because they caused me to not be seen at my time. Unacceptable in every way. No organization. No respect for my time. Dr. McManus is fantastic. The staff is incompetent and there’s no excuse."
"Took a family member to an appointment which should have been at 1 instead we had like 3 other people with later appointments get called up while we sat in the lobby waiting like 50 minutes to get called up and on top of that the doctor finally see's us and wanted to get blood drawn there. We sat there waiting over an hour + and no one shows up to draw any blood. Definitely one of the worst experiences at I have had at a doctors office. The nurses were ignoring us just sitting there chatting away while none of them bothered giving my mother a blood test. If I could give this place a 0 I would."
"The staff was wonderful and positive. The doctors know their stuff and are extremely helpful. I do recommend and will be continue to use ID Care when their specialties are required."
"Absolute worst infectious disease doctors in new jersey. They don't treat chronic fatigue, even though you provide the doctors with research to prove ways how CFS can be managed and treated. Ignorant doctors with horrible god complex. I would not recommend unless you enjoy wasting time and money. Learn to listen to your patients who know more then you do. These doctors don't think intracellular infections like bartonella, lyme, herpes viruses can cause diseases like Chronic fatigue syndrome. Please avoid them at all costs."
