"My experience with the staff was horrible. One of the two guys (dude without glasses) that work behind the desk was extremely rude and miserable. It was my wife and I with our 4 kids. When checking in this place offers one blanket per room, when requesting for extra blankets for my kids and I, they just simply said they couldn't. When 4 different families (including mine) were enjoying music by the pool, the same rude miserable guy came to tell every one to turn down their music because he couldn't focus on one speaker. Everyone looked so confused because everyone was having a good time. The music was for the guests that paid very good money to have a good time not you, you miserable #!$*! Overall a terrible experience, the pool was dirty with an overwhelming smell of bleach, this place could have done so much better, but they chose not to. I don't recommend any one visit this place, I will never be coming back."

"I'm not sure who posts these great reviews for this place but they must have extremely low standards.They advertised $189/night for the miserable 2 days we stayed. Check in was guaranteed by 5pm which is absurd. At check-in I was told the price was $515 for a regular room for 2 nights. We had nowhere else to go and had to accept the increased price. There was literally 6 parking spots and we asked for handicapped parking which there was none available. I had to park my vehicle around the block. There was a lovely rusted bar holding the shower curtain up. Paint was peeling off the moldings. The exterior light fixtures were solid rust! We had 2 different unmatched door knobs making it nearly impossible to lock the door. The interior of the pool had a blackened rim around it. We had 4 half sized bath towels and asked for more towels but had to hand over the original 4 and exchange them. There was customized peep holes from the multiple broken slats on the mini blinds and a dust filled vent. Never again! Oh and at check out Eric requested we return the parking pass that was never used and was a piece of paper he cut out and handed us."

"The place was better than I expected from some of the reviews. It's a motel so I wasn't expecting too much. Check in was super easy, the front desk worker was very friendly and helpful. Got a decent parking spot, we just kept the car there because you can literally walk everywhere. I brought my own kitchenware, bedsheets, towels, toiletries. I wiped down everything with Clorox wipes and felt comfortable using everything after that. Everyone there was friendly, people hanging around pool were nice and it was pretty quiet. No complaints :)"

"Ehhh. The rooms haven't been updated since the Clinton administration. I came here in 2008 and came back in 2023 and NOTHING has changed. Front desk is nice, but we left 1 day into a 3-day stay because the hotel put a family of 13 in the room above us. Place was clean, but it's straight out of 1992. Close to everything, but very dated and congested."
