"The driver was very rude. He refused to help us load our bags in the trunk. The price went from $8 to $12 for the same destination. When I asked about the difference, he just said "get out". This is at 3am, and it took us awhile to load the trunk. They make up the prices as they go along. This is a bootleg company. I would advise to spend your money with another taxi company that's not a big ripoff! They don't deserve one star."
"I ordered a cab to 138 Clinton Avenue and my service was denied. I never heard a dispatcher say the cab drivers have a choice to show up or not. How is that possible if the cab driver works for your company? So it’s okay to lose money? That’s bad service. Period."
