"I got stuck behind Yellow cab #318 in the Chatham area today - the driver was doing 25 in a 40 mph zone, kept braking in the middle of the road and created a huge back up of cars crawling behind him. He should not be on the road."

"Driver 437 literally took himself a $15 tip after I clearly told him I do not agree. Seems like they dont understand that a tip is something a customer decides. Simple thieves."

"My family and I took Cab 492 from terminal b in Newark Airport. Our total on the reciept was 41 dollars and the driver tried charging us 58 dollars. He claimed there was a toll fee, an additional fuel surcharge, and another fee. However, we took route 21 to our destination and never went through any tolls. Also, a fuel surcharge was already included on the reciept so there was no reason to add another one. I tried calling dispatch to make them aware, but their complaint line is out of service."

"Was quoted $72 plus $20 for tolls and $5 tip. Driver refused to give me receipt and when I checked my bank account he had charged me $116. What a great welcome to the USA! Get ripped off the first thing you do. These people are thieves and extremely dishonest. PEOPLE, TAKE AN UBER!"
