"Had a terrible experience... I hate writing bad reviews to jewish owned businesses, but I feel like people have to know this, especially when the store doesn't want to go a little out of their way for a customer. I've never purchased linen before i purchased a new set of linen from them and ordered a full size instead of a twin size only realizing after opening it that I ordered the wrong size. I called the store right away. Someone in the store told me if I put it back in the packaging the same way it came, it could probably be returned. After putting it back the same way it came, they had me send a picture of the packaging before they send a return label. After sending the picture they said it is not eligible for a return. Tried speaking to the manager in the store they don't care about anything. I offered to pay for them to send it back to the manufacturer to repack it but they don't want to hear from anything. Terrible customer service. Very not recommended!"

"I never usually negatively review Jewish businesses but in this situation I feel like I have to. To advertise a sale that is a “once a year blowout up to 65% off” and “clearing inventory” and “special giveaways” and then the actual discount when you get there is 10% -20% off is extremely misleading and deceptive. And the giveaways? Cookies. That’s not a giveaway- that’s called refreshments. It feels like you wrote giveaways as opposed to refreshments in the ad to get ppl to come under false pretenses. Really not right and I’m very unimpressed. And the customer service or lack thereof leaves much to be desired. I am not referring to customer service during the sale which was non existent- I am referring to the customer service in the store in general."
