"Incompetent worker broke my real ID because he couldn't tell it was real. Then when called about it after to speak to management claimed my ID was broken when I got there. Simply not true. Have to go all the way out of state to get my new license now. Never have I ever felt so disrespected in my entire life. I asked him to stop bending my ID before it broke and he wouldn't. I even asked him to just scan it and he said no. Never ever returning, nor would I ever recommend anyone to go here even if it is the closest by 10 miles. Worst experience ever"
