"When the new owners took over they raised prices so I don't go there as often as I used to. They kept 2 staff members who has worked there for a number of years which is a good thing seeing a familiar face and they have always treated me with respect. Im fact a few years back I dropped a bottle of wine due to ice on the streets and (one of the staff that was kept on) let me have a free bottle as I went back to purchase another - very kind of him. This is mostly a place to pick up some alcohol in a hurry. Carries the basics so if you're looking for something a bit more "fancy" this isn't the place to get it."
