"Super friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well-stocked store. Pharmacy workers are both courteous and knowledgeable. The photo help is wonderful, above & beyond commitment. Highly recommend this store, in particular."
"I was in a car accident on Monday, July 9, and received two prescriptions from the hospital to help me through the pain. One of those was for Naproxen, one pill twice a day for 5 days. 10 pills. I had a negative experience all the way around here. I'll number them for convenience. 1) When we dropped off the prescription, the woman handling drop offs said "you want to wait 15 minutes for it?" and my dad said "I would rather get her home quickly." So, instead of saying, "Oh you only live down the street when you come back they'll be ready," she said "Then it will be an hour and a half." 2) When my dad picked up the prescriptions and hour and half later, the Naproxen said "Partial 6 pills." Confused, we called the pharmacy and the pharmacist, a woman, said " We didn't want to charge the full amount when we couldn't provide all the pills," "it's the same as 2 Aleve which is over the counter," and "she may only need to take them for 3 days anyway." Now number 1, I can brush off as okay sure you're busy. Number 2 however is inexcusable. This person made a decision on my health without contacting me for my permission to do so. There weren't any substitutions available, so someone over there decided "no that's okay, she probably won't need them all anyway." You made a decision on my health and I am extremely upset about this. You also made a decision including my finances. I'm sure that Aleve isn't overly expensive, but it was an expense I didn't need to make. If you don't know when the quantity will be expected back at the pharmacy, you should call the patient and ASK what they want you to do. Don't assume. You have no idea what pain I have been in that could have been helped by that medication that you chose to deny me. All I can think is that it had to do with greed. If you had called me I would have gone to a different pharmacy so I could have had all my medication. Not cool Walgreens...not cool. At this point, I am neither happy nor healthy."
"I love walgreens cause they have good sales and except coupons on clearance items and every time I walk into my local store, I'm asked,by name how I'm doing today"
