CVS Pharmacy,

"I'm only sharing my experience with CVS pharmacy department today, not the store. CVS used to be my "go to" pharmacy when I was short on time or in a pinch of some sort, not anymore. On this trip, I presented my prescription to be filled and was initially told it would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. However, not even 2 minutes later, one of the pharmacy associates made it known that they would no longer fill schedule II narcotic prescriptions written by my doctor. (I would assume CVS would reject all of this doctor's prescriptions, not just schedule 2 narcotics.) I had already gone 3 days without this particular medicine and needed it desperately, but pharmacy personnel- at this establishment truly couldn't care less. So needless to say, I needed a miracle at this point. Of course neither CVS nor my insurance company had any recommendations as to WHERE I could go for sure, to have the prescription filled without being rejected. For the record, this was actually the very last visit to this particular provider for me, and therefore the last of that doctor's prescriptions that needed filling. CVS isn't what it used to be, not the pharmacy. They aren't friendly, never crack a smile, they don't give you a sense of being well taken care of, BC they're not, and truly don't even offer mutual respect....and the staff is very melancholy at best! They can all use an attitude adjustment, sooner the better. (If anyone had the right to be melancholy it would have definitely been me!)"

"Never have what I need in Stock especially in the Pharmacy"

"While I was leaving the store, the \"store manager\", Mina verbally accosted me and got up aggressively in my face because I complained about the lack of customer service in this location. She was screaming across the store, \"do you have anything else you'd like to say?\" While our displeasure today lied in pharmacy, and I understand that pharmacy is a separate entity from the store, Mina was the associate checking us out in pharmacy, and she was quite rude while doing so. She showed no interest in helping us to resolve the issues we were having. When I attempted to deescalate the confrontation, I asked to speak with the store manager, and she stated that she was the store manager. Her name isn't on the wall of the store however. She stated that nothing would happen to her if we complained, as she's \"very good friends with the district manager.\" There were numerous other patrons looking for assistance, yet she and the other woman with her walked past them without rendering assistance. It appears that this store location is subsiding on pharmacy business, and it's forcing these customers to bring their business to any of multiple other pharmacies in the area. This isn't sound business practice by any means."
