They never backed down and insisted we were wrong for our preference. They lost a substantial sale that day, and moving forward. They are just too many local options to put up with service like this."

"Bad experience. I have a problem when I go the counter to pay for a purchase with a credit card and the cashier disappears with it for a number of minutes. When questioned he told me that the credit card machine is behind me on the other side of the store. How dumb is that!! Why on earth would you put the credit card machine on the opposite side of the store to the counter?? I have a huge problem walking into a store and having my credit card taken to a different part of the store and out of my sight. I complained and the cashier apologized but the other older clerk told me that if I didn't like it not to come back. He is right about that - I most certainly will never go back to this store. I have called my credit card company and informed them of what has happened and that I am concerned about the security of my card. The card has been cancelled and I will get a new card in a few days. Rather safe than sorry as who knows what they were doing with my card behind my back."
