Reviews
"They show reviews of their wines on the shelves, so it's easy to find the price/quality you want. A varied and good selection in a no-frills setting. Solid value and no nonsense. Unlike NYC Wine & Spirits, you won't get cheated."
"I have been a customer at the wine place for a long time. I find the owners are always friendly and helpful. They are hands on and very knowledgeable when I need help picking out a wine. The prices are the best in the neighborhood and the weekend and evening staff are great too. Shop at the wine place! You won't be disappointed."
"During height of pandemic Mr. Kim was open everyday he & his wife are lovely ppl very hard working"
"Awful establishment. I tried going before closing because I work nights and made it with time to spare but they wouldn’t let me in despite the sign saying open and me confirming they close at 10 which it wasn’t yet. The man was extraordinarily rude and continued saying they close at 10 as I pointed at the time and the sign saying open. Go to NYC Wine and Spirits a couple blocks down instead."
"After asking for a chardonnay under $20, the owner directed me to a section with wines far out of that range. I reiterated my price range and he said they didn't have any chardonnay under that price. I had to point out to him the row of a dozen bottles priced $10-20, immediately under the ones he was trying to sell me. Once we moved to that section, the owner provided a good recommendation. But I don't understand why you would be dishonest about your products to try to sell more expensive wine."
