"I cannot recommend Yorkshire Wines and spirits based on my recent experience. I arrived at the store at 8:57 PM which was 3 minutes before their closing time of 9:00 PM. To my disbelief the store employees refused to let me in along with three other customers who were also denied entry. I find it incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful that the store would not accommodate customers who were just a few minutes away from the closing time. It's a shame that Yorkshire Wines and spirits prioritize strict adherence to closing hours over customer satisfaction. As a result of this disappointing incident I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to 86 Street Wines and spirits instead. Not only did Yorkshire Wines and spirits lose out on potential sales that night but they also lost a loyal customer. It's clear that they have prioritized their closing time over maintaining a positive relationship with their customers. If they continue with this attitude they will continue to lose more customers like myself. Disclaimer: This review is based on my personal experience and opinions.
