"The bottle of wine was shipped quickly -- within hours of the order -- one of the most efficient responses I have encountered in ordering on-line from firms across the country. Gary's, however, did not, as it stated it would in the reception of the order, send the notice that it had shipped the wine. Two phone calls to the store in Closters, from where I ordered the wine, proved unhelpful, the store being unable to provide the FedEx tracking number. I found the tracking number by calling the store in Madison. I eventually received the well-packaged bottle, but two attempts to deliver it -- unknown to me at the time -- had already occurred. Had I not inquired, a failed third attempt would have led to the wine being returned -- too close for comfort for a wine at $200.00. I share these comments constructively.
