"They aren’t attentive enough here. I always feel like their wine recommendations aren’t great because they don’t ask enough of the right questions. I’ve been a handful of times and haven’t walked away with a bottle of wine I’ve liked."

"Prefacing this with we love Wine Dads, we shop there weekly. We purchase ALL of our bev/alcohol for every party we host from here as well. However, we did have 1 unfortunate experience that could have been handled better. I purchased a case of organic rosè from here a few months back. I went to open one of the bottles last night, and it seems like there may have been some settling in the bottle (looked kind of gross). I figured I could just go in and exchange it for another bottle. I go to the ladies at the front and immediately I am met with “We don’t carry that! We have never carried that! That was not purchased here!” And I felt so embarrassed / annoyed that I just walked out. Instead of approaching me like that, you could’ve offered to look up the transaction, or just swap it for another similar bottle. I couldn’t believe for someone who shops there weekly, and ONLY purchases their wine from there, that was how I was treated. So disappointed."

"I love this place! I have been both buying in store and ordering online recently, and my experience has been great so far. The staff is absolutely lovely and welcoming. It's always a pleasure walking inside and having a chat while choosing my wine. Everyone is nice, knowledgeable about the products and pleasant to interact with. Deliveries are on time. Wines are excellent. Great selection too! Highly recommended!"
