"My husband just tried to return a bottle of wine that was rancid… vinegar in all the wine glasses and had to be thrown out…. The worker said the owner would kill him for taking back an empty bottle of wine… my husband explained how do I bring wine that’s bad back in a bottle when it’s all been poured out… he said no… we had the receipt we had the bottle and wine is in the bottle my husband left with the worker… it’s a lie… either they treat certain people … better liquor stores accept the bottle when the wine is bad and return it to the company for refund… good wine shops do that… but not this place… they won’t EVER get our money again…. Lost a customer because of your horrible customer service … would be smart to shop elsewhere where they have knowledge as well as care for their customers"

I am that kind of person that I purchased 2 Ace of spades weeks before (different store). It wasn’t the money… I wanted a gift around $30-$40. I had $800 cash with me. Don’t judge the person by the price. Probably they judged me because of my work clothes. Very bad taste"

Their Instagram shows when new tasting events are Compared to a lot of other wine stores, this one is located inside a former art gallery, so it has beautiful paintings inside and is very open and vibrant. The selection is vast but organized and the store is aesthetically pleasing. Repeat customer."
