Bought two bottles of wine and a wine key and got all the way back to my hotel when I realized I left the wine key on the counter. Turned around immediately and told him what happened, and he told me not to sweat it and gave me another. Great customer service and I will definitely come back."

"I come into this store on my way home, and I am always pleasantly greeted by the staff. The staff often remembers and greets regular customers by name and has their drink of choice ready at the counter for them to buy. They go above and beyond at helping me find what I'm looking for, and even offer suggestions for me to try. the Manager Logan is incredibly knowledgeable of all the products and works with me in selecting the perfect pairing. Upstairs Wine is one of the only pleasant experiences somebody can have in the Port Authority and makes my commute much more enjoyable."
