"I just visited the Row 13 Wine Store in Croton-on-Hudson, NY, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I purchased a Cosimigo Tequila bottle, which was priced at $62 when I made a purchase a few weeks earlier, but for some strange reason today was charged $72 at the counter. Despite my request for a receipt, the cashier refused to provide one, making it difficult to address the overcharge promptly. As a customer, I found this lack of transparency and accountability concerning. It is disheartening to believe that my race may have played a part in this terrible experience. I believe in fair and honest transactions, and this experience fell short of those expectations. I hope that the store management takes steps to improve customer service and ensures that such incidents are addressed promptly."

"I picked up a strawberry moscato and it is delicious. They put the prices on the bottle which I thought was very nice. I asked a guy who works there first if they have plum wine and he helped me look for it...they didn't. That was ok. Then I asked if they had moscato and he helped me find that as well. The staff are wonderful and very nice."

The gentleman said he could try and let me know. Seriously TWO DAYS LATER a case of my favorite wine from San Antonio, CA was ready for pickup!!! Very grateful and happy with the excellent service.
