"I bought aThermapearl ice pack, used it 2x and it got a hole. The "pearls" are falling out. I went Sat to return/exchange it, they closed at 2. I went back Sunday; they are supposed to be open til 1 pm yet they were closed. I go back today to see the sign inside says closed Sundays. The guy proceeds to say grab another one. He doesn’t have another; then he says well, it’s over 14 days old. It doesn’t say anything on the receipt about returns or exchanges, not to mention that today would be the 14th day. Yet he won’t refund me for a defective product. 0 stars and I will NEVER shop there again. Buyers Beware."
