"For the best experience, DO NOT order from them directly and definitely DO NOT use their app! I’ve ordered from them several times via a third-party delivery app with no problems and have actually rated them 5 stars. Today I decided to try their app and order from them directly thinking it may be easier, but it turned out to be an awful experience. 1st, when you order via their app, you don’t get any confirmation via text or email that your order was actually placed. You can’t even see the status of your order on their app! 2nd, they called me to ask me to verbally authorize a hold on my credit card, which should not be happening in 2023. I inquired about my delivery ETA during this call and was told it would be within the hour window in which I ordered. This call took place 30 minutes after my order was placed and was the only reason I knew the order actually went through. Lastly, I selected 1 hour delivery, it was more like an hour and a half, and they didn’t even follow the instructions on the order that they give as an option to gift wrap your item. I understand if they had delayed, but a courtesy call would have been nice. I simply can’t believe ordering from them directly was such a nightmare!"

"Hidden gem of a wine shop! Really well curated and their buyer asked me right away if he could help me find anything, and then followed up when I was staring blankly at a shelf. Found a couple of my favorite reds including one from a small vineyard in Chile and got a bottle of floral orange that he recommended. Lovely neighborhood shop with some killer bottles at all price points."
