"indian man wouldn’t let me in, other worker said “he doesn’t know english” which is always awesome to hear as an english speaking customer. so he wouldn’t let me in for 15 minutes because he couldn’t understand a word i was saying even though they were open but he didn’t quite get that. store was fine prior but having new hires that literally can’t communicate because they don’t know the language and lock you out doesn’t seem like good business. he might say otherwise but how would i know, we speak different languages."

"Called this store asking for a specific rare bourbon. The associate said they had it and I had asked if they can put it on hold. The associate told me that no one would come by the same day and buy it. I went to the store about 45min after calling and it was sold. To ask for a simple hold on a bottle that I intended to purchase within an hour of calling is very off-putting."
