"Love this place, but sometimes the Customer service is a little slow."
"Plain and simple. This place is a GREAT late night liquor spot. They stay open late for those emergency runs hahaha....BUT....prices are high here, hence the fact that there are no prices on any bottles, and the workers don't know their alcohol. They just trying to make a buck. Better priced spots in area are Mid Valley Wine and Liquor(my 1st choice), Payless Wine and Liquor in Target plaza, and Preet Liquor in New Windsor....yea I'm an alchy hahaha...I party alot...but whatever"

"Good selection, fair prices, right off a mayor throughout fare but...not the best business/ customer interaction. They focus too much in conversation among themselves, sometimes on their personal phones. Hey, if someone is bringing a little business to you... the least you can do is be a little polite and return a greeting."
"The clerk is there just to make a sale. I was looking for some advice on a couple of wines he was no help. Didn't say a word to me until he was telling me the price of my purchase. Won't be back. If I'm spending my money in your store at least greet me when I walk in. Don't act like you're doing me a favor Just by your presence."
