"I'm 100% thrilled with my Linoto sheets and boxer shorts. Listen, do not order Linoto if you're expecting Prime-speed shipping. These are made to order in a NYS workshop, not a factory, and it's a human-scale operation. Quality takes time, honey! I bought a sheet set and a pair of boxers as a treat for myself, and I couldn't be happier. When my order arrived even just the weight of the box proved the material would be superior. Linoto craftsmanship is perfect. The linen looks and feels amazing, and the gorgeous range of subtle color options is truly incredible. Powder Pink, Grape Leaf, Terra Cotta, and many more, it's so difficult to choose. Place an order and be patient... once it arrives, you'll enjoy them for the rest of your life."

"Quality & customer service is lacking. I've had these linens for 2 years and it is already starting to break down and have tears. Linen is supposed to be very durable, so I am disappointed with the quality. I asked for more information on a warranty and never received a reply. I will not purchase or recommend this company."

"Update to original review: I asked for a refund, but they sent the tablecloth I ordered instead, in response to this review. I don't think I would have ever received my order if I hadn't posted the issue publicly. The tablecloth fabric is thicker and has a coarser texture than I expected, but it's well made and I expect the thicker fabric will help it last longer. Ultimately, I'm happy with the tablecloth, but it's unreasonable to have to wait over a year, be ignored by customer support, and have to post negative reviews publicly just to receive my order. ___________________ Original review (1 star) I never received my order, nor a refund. I ordered a linen tablecloth in Jan 2022 and did not worry for the first few months that I didn't review anything because they were very transparent in the ordering process that they're a small company making custom linens and it will take time. No problem, I can be patient. But now it's been more than a year (15+ months), I have contacted their customer service five times, and I still have no tablecloth and no refund from them. I received one apologetic response from customer service asking where to send the refund check. I answered that and followed up three times, but still nothing. They've stopped responding entirely. I'll update this review if I receive anything."

"We purchased green linen coverlet and pillowcases/shams from Linoto and LOVE! They are beautiful. Love that they arrived wrapped in paper not plastic. Had a few questions before we purchased and after and anytime I called and spoke with someone from Linoto they were extremely helpful. Was hesitant to purchase based on customer service reviews but they jeu are just a small business!! We love!"

"Love the linens but as others have noted customer service lacks (or doesn't exist). Annoying that of all the packages delivered and left at my home, Linoto is the only one that requires a signature. I could deal with that if they would have acknowledged my "comments" request on the orders submission (and a separate email to them as I knew about their delivery quirk from a previous order). I specifically asked about delivering with no signature required or giving me the option to have it sent directly to a FedEx office or UPS store for pick up. Zero response. When you pay more than $300 for a set of sheets, I don't think a response from customer service is an unreasonable expectation. Colors are great. Last time we'll buy from them. EDITED PER COMPANY RESPONSE: You mention you received a call. I didn't call. I emailed and also put the request in my order which I did not receive a response to either. To have a package redirected you have to wait for a missed delivery attempt so yet another delay. I suggest a little more time actually responding to your actual customer requests versus monitoring google reviews."
