"You call me about a prescription refill and say it will be ready after 1030 on Saturday. I arrive on Sunday and it’s still not ready? Get it together."

"I have to take birth control due to ovarian cysts, which is a prescription that cannot be missed, otherwise many side effects will alter my body, and it will be like starting a new medication all over again. It seems like every month. I am told to pick it up on a certain day, and when I go on that day, it is never in stock. I received a text message on Friday saying that my prescription is ready to be refilled. I requested to refill it, and then I was told it was too soon I went to the pharmacy to see what they said, and they said it would be ready by Sunday. Unfortunately, I was not able to go pick it up, so I had my mom go on Sunday, and they said it was out of stock. She spoke to numerous people at the pharmacy who were all. Understanding of the frustration of the situation, and she was told that she would be able to pick it up at a different pharmacy tonight. I then received a call from Walgreens, being told this information, and I asked the worker, Benjamin, on the phone why my prescription is not there when I was told that it would be ready by Sunday. He said that it was an issue with the warehouse, and he “ did not want to get into an extensive conversation with me just like he did with my mother”. Benjamin was rude and insensitive when I asked why it’s the same issue every month, and did not give me a clear answer. I feel overlooked, and this pharmacy does not seem to care about time management."

"The absolute worse. They never answer the phone (literally 25 minutes after calling I just gave up), and they are backordered for the most basic supplies, like a nebulizer for a baby."

"Absolutely terrible experience. My prescriptions are often ignored. On December 30 they closed early without notice. I had to go several days without my asthma medication. Sayreville Pharmacy had them filled in under an hour, so I will be taking my business there."
