"Nasty attitude from the staff, I’ve been told for my prescription get ready in 30 minutes after 35 minutes the lady said they need 25 more minutes but after another hour they said they doesn’t have the my medicine they have to order for it and available in couple of days staff didn’t even say sorry wasting time for patient I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN"

"Prices are def higher than Wal-Mart...where I usually shop. They do hv a few products that Wal-Mart doesn't carry and i will if necessary mk the extra trip to get them"

"The nasty attitudes of the staff are unnecessary. No longer receiving updates on med refills anymore, what happened to that? Go in a day or two later and still the script isn’t filled, they’ll tell you it’s almost ready while they rush to get it done. These are peoples prescriptions, we NEED our medications, we too have lives and have to work and cannot stand around for nearly a half an hour waiting for you to scramble to get it done. A simple phone call to the customer can eliminate any confusion and perhaps give us a chance to go someplace else. We are not here buying things we don’t need. Some of us cannot survive without those medications and to tell someone with a very nasty attitude “well we’re behind” with no alternative and in such a tone as if you’re being bothered is completely unnecessary and disgraceful. People spend their time and money driving to and from the pharmacy, everyone does not live around the corner and can come right back in a jiffy. Be mindful of that. If you don’t like your job, if you don’t like helping people who NEED it, if you aren’t willing to problem solve, then quit your job so that someone who would be better suited for the position can do it."
