"They do not call you to let you know if there is an issue with your prescriptions. They "put a request in to your doctor" and leave it at that. Long holds/waiting when calling in to ask for help to understand why your prescriptions aren't ready. Not the pharmacists fault either. Whenever I go in, they always seem understaffed and working in overdrive to handle the phone, line inside, and line in the drive thru. They need more help on hand."
