From the Directors, the nurses, housekeeping and dining, it is an amazing place to work. Everyone here is so kind and patient with our residents that many of them feel like we a a part of their family."

"Was offered a job there and was excited to work here. I only worked there for a day and I quit. The staff was very impatient with training me and just threw me in expecting me to know what to do. I had to ask multiple times for help, and every time I asked for help the staff acted like it was an inconvenience. Only the activities director was patient with training me. Here I was on my first day in a new environment,and the managers expected me to know everything and what to do. Which is not right in my opinion. Not for nothing I was there for five minutes and the nurse was arguing with residents. Which is not a good sign in my opinion. Anyone considering working here, don’t. This is not a good place to work in my opinion."

Brandywine Living at Colts Neck's dedicated memory care facility was also a differentiating factor in our decision, given their focus on memory care and the ability for our family member to have readily available outdoor access in a secure atmosphere. I strongly recommend Brandywine Living at Colts Neck for anyone considering a memory care unit for a family member."

"My mom has been in four assisted living facilities since my dad passed in 2017. I can honestly say that it is a top notch memory care facility. The staff is dedicated and truly cares about the residents. There seems to be a passion about caring for the elderly here. June and Linda keep everything running smoothly. Hanh, the wellness director is always available when I call with concerns. The front desk staff is pleasant and professional. They are willing to help with any issue. My mom’s overnight caregiver, Rookmin has been caring for residents for 17 years. What a gem! Building is always clean and the meals are good. Having a family member with memory issues is hard. Knowing that mom’s needs are being met has reduced our stress level and created peace of mind. Kudos to Brandywine Colts Neck!"
