"I have worked with Michael Park on three of my projects in past 5 years, my bathrooms, kitchen and this year our summer home renovations. One of my main reason why I always go back to him for new projects is because when he gives you a quote before the project begins, that's exactly how much you will pay at the end and NEVER additional costs (unless YOU change your mind and get more expensive materials or YOU make additional requests). I hear many horror stories like how you pay your contractors and they never show up or they never finish the job and disappear. With Michael, I never had to worry about any of these, never had issues with payments/costs/expenses and he does the work until I am fully satisfied with the job. And because I worked with him so many times, I have the full confidence and trust in him; therefore, when there is another project that I have to work on in the future, I am definitely going back to him again. I highly recommend Michael if anyone out there is looking for a contractor that you can trust and won't leave you hanging."

"The owner - Michael Park - is a thief. See the Yelp and Angie reviews. He has a F grade on Angie's. It's well deserved IMO. He can't even finish a simple paint job, much less bathrooms and kitchens, and tries to extort more money from you. I see that he responded to my review: as you can see, he just deflects and diverts and never actually work."
